Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Work with the operations team to actively manage client relationships, service accounts, and support Forefront’s team with ad-hoc reporting
  • Responsible for execution of onboarding plan and associated activities supporting accounting and custody clients, including collecting client information and required documentation, capturing and assessing risk, and processing money movement transactions
  • Complete necessary financial paperwork to execute trades, change beneficiaries, establish trusts, open accounts, transfer funds, etc.
  • Supports the conversion of new client relationships and expansion of existing relationships by responding to questions regarding accounts, policies, and procedures
  • Learn Company product suitability guidelines and financial operational processes
  • Develop a comprehensive and demonstrated knowledge of our overall process and operating model; feel comfortable offering suggestions and making improvements
  • Perform data governance checks to verify the integrity of our information on an ongoing basis and work with team to update information
  • Experience working with private, high net-worth clients and/or institutional clients
  • Generate ad-hoc client reports as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
  • Maintain marketing materials and presentations
  • Keep management systems up-to-date with client information

Education/Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in Finance, Law , Accounting, Economics, Marketing
  • 5+ years of financial administration and/or customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint , CRM software, and DocuSign
  • Background in fund structures and investment types (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships
  • Professional presence and communication skills
  • Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
  • An ability to handle multiple tasks within tight time frames
  • Must be a team player and possess a client-first attitude
  • A strong focus on getting the details right

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
